Lyrical Assembly, Advent: Hope

​On December 1, 2024, Lyrical Assembly had its Inaugural Lyrical Advent service at Lyrical Vinyl in Brisbane, CA. Lyrical Assembly: Advent is a vibrant celebration of the coming of Jesus, infused with artistic expressions to refresh the soul. The service is designed for all, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Speaker of the Assembly and Womanist Theologian, Ashley Budelli led the gathering, as well as Luna Jenn leading worship through song.

The Advent experience was warm and reflective, emphasizing the significance of the Christmas story. Attendees were encouraged to participate actively through responsive readings, fostering a sense of community and shared celebration.
